1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
Regular price merchandise may be returned for full refund within ** 7 days** of purchase in original condition and original packaging. Store credit or exchange only within **14 days** of purchase. Some products will be final sale for hygienic reason. Any item not in its original condition or packaging is subject to 30-50% restocking fee.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags attached.
Remember to bring along the proof of purchase – your receipt is your golden ticket!
Personalized or customized items can't be returned, unless they're giving you a frowny face.
2. Returns and Exchanges Process:

If sending items back through the mail, wrap them up snug like a bug in a rug to keep them safe.
Shipping's on you, Captain, unless it's our goof-up – then it's on us.
3. Refunds:
Yippee! Refunds will zoom back to your original payment method within 14 business days once we've got the goods back.
Shipping charges are like boomerangs – they don't come back unless we made a boo-boo.
4. Exchanges:
Want to swap? We'll do our best to make it happen, but it's like playing musical chairs – availability counts!
If you're jumping up in price, bring along some extra change. Going down? We'll refund the difference to store credit.
