We’re happy to ship orders from Canada to customers in the United States.

Shipping Charges
The shipping fee paid at checkout covers shipping costs only. It does not include any customs duties, tariffs, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges that may be applied when your order enters the United States.

Duties & Import Fees
Any applicable customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or import-related fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the carrier or customs authorities before or upon delivery.

Mini Village Kids does not determine or control these charges and cannot guarantee the amount, as import requirements may vary depending on the products and current U.S. customs regulations.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused or not collected because of unpaid duties, taxes, or import fees, any return shipping costs or fees charged to us may be deducted from the refund.

Please note: By placing an order for delivery to the United States, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for any applicable import duties, tariffs, taxes, and related fees.

Returns

For returns that are not due to a product quality issue, defect, or an error on our part, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected by Mini Village Kids, we will issue a refund for the eligible returned item(s) to the original method of payment.

Please note:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Any duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges associated with the return are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds will be processed after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.
